Features - Registered Users and Restricted Access to Content

The system has an easy to use integrated User Database. The User Database contains your registered users such as community members, partners and customers. The User Database also contains website administrators.

Users are easily created, updated and deleted in the User Database. There are input fields for full user profiles. For registered users such as customers the user profiles can be extended to include invoice details, delivery details and payment details. Create as many registered users as required.

Access to whole sections or specific pages on your website can be restricted so that only registered users are able to access these. You can also restrict access to images, templates, style sheets, scripts, links and to files such as documents, spreadsheets, media etc.
The login screen for content with restricted access is fully customisable.

Registered users can be organized into groups and types. Different user groups and types can have access to different sections of your website. So you may for example have a member website section, which is only accessible for registered users in a member user group and in addition you may have a partner website section, which is only accessible for registered users in a partner user group.

Group and type names are fully customizable and it is possible to create as many groups and types as required. If a user group or type is no longer needed it can easily be deleted.
