Rich text (HTML) fields can be edited in a WYSIWYG editor and radio button, checkbox and selectlist options are presented with options as specified in the database setup and maintenance screen.

Set up forms that enables website visitors to add content directly to databases. The forms can be within public areas of the website or within restricted areas to enable only certain registered visitors to submit data to the databases.

The forms can contain field types such as HTML text areas, radio buttons, checkboxes and select lists.

For example you can set up advanced surveys or reservation forms and have the data added directly to a database.

Provide user specific extractions from the database and present the extractions exactly as you want.

For example you can set up pages, that allow registered visitors to view their reservations or pupils to view their grades or you can set up pages with information for selected extranet partners.

If you are using the Database functionality in combination with the Small Business, Professional or Hosting you can also provide user group extractions. For example this enables you to set up pages where pupils can view information about their classes.
